Midland Women’s Clinic began performing aesthetic procedures when the medical laser technology that had been used in treatment of vaginal warts and cervical dysplasia as well as laparascopic treatment of endometriosis extended its function to safely treat other issues. The development of proper wavelengths of lasers to treat unwanted hair and spider veins allowed us to continue to expand our ability to utilize medical lasers. As newer technologies continue to develop, we continue to selectively choose the modalities that are highly effective, yet maintain a high degree of safety. Dr. Gary Madden provides hands on treatments, and MWC has a full time laser tech providing a combination of services available 5 days per week. We use the Syneron system that provides skin rejuvenation, vein treatment, hair reduction, body contouring, skin tightening, and the newest sublative facial laser. We also have the new Vectus laser for hair removal that can perform total body hair removal in much shorter sessions than previously available. This allows treatment of males or females. MWC also offers other aesthetic services including Botox and Radiesse injectable therapies as well as a full line of Skinmedica skin care products for patients who prefer the safety of medications over laser procedures or as an additive to their other care.
